How soon can you come out?
It depends on the week and on how urgent the job is. Say in your request if it can't wait, and you will get an honest answer about when we can be there.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Sometimes, for a small and simple job once we know the details. Most work is priced after a look, so the quote matches what is really behind the wall.
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to be there to let us in and agree the work before it starts. After that, for longer jobs, we can talk about what suits you.
Will the power be off while you work?
For some jobs a circuit, or the whole house, has to be switched off for a while. You are told beforehand, and it is kept as short as possible.
What if you find another problem?
You are shown it and told what it means. Nothing extra is done without your OK.
My breaker keeps tripping. Can I just reset it?
Resetting it once is fine. If it trips again, something on that circuit is faulty: unplug what is on it, leave it off, and call.
